WARRANTY AND RETURN

 Love-Pretty’s warranty covers manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions and limitations：

1. This unit must be installed and operated at all times in accordance with the instructions furnished with the product. Any alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product shall nullify this warranty.
2. This warranty is non-transferable, and is made to the original owner, provided that the purchase was made through an authorized supplier of the manufacturer. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of part(s) found to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that such part(s) have been subjected to normal conditions of use and service, and after said defect is confirmed by the manufacturer’s inspection.
3. The manufacturer may, at its discretion, fully discharge all obligations with respect to this warranty by refunding the wholesale price of the defective part(s)

The warranty is 12 months,it will be activated automatically from the date of delivering the package.

 These situations are not covered:

• 1. Damage caused by the human when attempting to fix or alter the product.
• 2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repair.
• 3. Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
• 4. Natural depreciation.

If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you may choose to pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product. The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase and is not transferable outside of the country of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your product for a full refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of the package delivery for next steps.

Return products you are unsatisfied with

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please be advised that buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please contact us for a return address before sending the unit back. We cannot accept returns that show up randomly at our warehouse without a return authorization from our customer service team.

 Returns for Refund

To receive a full refund for an item purchased from Love-Pretty, please follow below instructions:

• 1. Contact customer service to initiate your return and to identify the correct return shipping address and method.
• 2. Packathe item(s) to be returned in the original packaging.
• 3. Send your returned item(s) to Love-Pretty within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Keep a copy of your tracking number in case we need to verify the return.

 Returns for Replacement

To receive a replacement for an item purchased from Love-Pretty, please follow below instructions:
1. All returns for replacement must be authorized by Love-Pretty within 30 days of delivery.
2. We will confirm your request and provide a return shipping address.

3.Provide us the tracking number after you shipped.

4.We will ship the new item within 3 days after receive the returned item.
5. After the 30 day period, items return will be not acceptable.
Please Note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  ● Open box items come with a 6-month warranty. Open box items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  ● This policy applies to products purchased from our online store. If the item was ordered through a reseller, you will need to return the product according to their return policy.
